Can I cancel whenever I want?→
Yes. No commitment, no lock-in. Cancel anytime from your billing panel and your plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for. If you just want to keep your profile visible to new landlords, you can switch to the Maintenance plan (€9/month) instead of canceling.
How do I cancel my subscription?→
From /dashboard/billing in one click. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period — no surprise charges. Before canceling, we'll offer to switch you to the Maintenance plan (€9/month) so your profile stays visible even if you stop actively house-hunting.
Do you offer refunds?→
We don't refund partial periods, but you can cancel anytime and stop paying for the next cycle. If you had a specific issue, write to us and we'll handle it case by case.
What are the verifications?→
Two distinct services. Landlord verification (€30): our team investigates the landlord — property ownership, identity, background — and we send you a PDF certificate. Document review (€20): we review the documents you upload to validate them and give more confidence to the landlord reading them. Premium includes 2 landlord verifications a month + unlimited document reviews (with 24 h rush priority); other plans buy them à la carte.
